 Paint puts in the clipboard all these formats:

 'image/x-MS-bmp', 'image/jpeg', 'image/png', 'image/x-icon',
 'image/x-ico', 'image/x-bmp', 'image/bmp', 'image/tiff'

 The shell is now choosing 'image/x-MS-bmp' as the most significant type.
 This causes the absence of an icon in the clipboard frame and that the
 image clipping will be saved to the journal as BMP. It should be saved as
 PNG because that's the format that most activities can read.
