 We were testing Record earlier today, using its clever image-sending and
 music-sending functionality.

 However, when one of us was "out" of the application (still running it,
 but not as the active app), the other couldn't download images, sound, or
 videos from the other user.  It gave an error about not being able to
 retrieve the file.

 While turning the camera recording off and the like is a good idea to save
 battery, other users should still be able to trigger downloads and the
 like even if the window isn't active on the "owner's" XO.
