 While I understand that Record is not a viewer, right now it's the best
 way possible to share images, sounds, and video between two XOs; its
 ability to share files is amazing (and handy!).

 I understand the desire to not have Record accept the MIME types for the
 files it generates, but it would be nice to be able to, as a temporary
 "hack" until Journal-sharing works, be able to pull images, audio, and
 video from the clipboard into Record.  That would allow the sharing of
 files done in prior sessions.

 (Yes, it would also be a workaround to use it as a viewer, but I think
 that the method is hokey enough to keep people from using it that way on a
 day-to-day basis.)
