 Test: wget a file (24MB) from the school server.

 XO build 662 -> School server in channel 1 - pretty bad TCP connection
 (nothing different than regular TCP on a bad link)
 XO build 662 -> School server in channel 6 - OK (avg: 37KB/s)

 This is consistent to the observations of the spectrum at 1cc. Channel 1
 is very busy.
