 Large downloads over the mesh often stall due to excessive packet loss. We
 don't have end-to-end link-level ACKs for mesh packets, do we? Although
 the hosts in question really ought to be communicating directly rather
 than via another station.

 We can reproduce this with 'wget' quite easily.
