 I read in the documentation that pressing the Frame key briefly is meant
 to act as a toggle, but holding it down should make the Frame appear only
 while the key is down, and then go away when the key is released.  This
 does not work; holding down the Frame key summons the frame upon keydown
 but does not remove the frame on keyup.
