 Sometimes, though not always, when I click a link in the Browse activity,
 the link is highlighted with the usual box, but then the activity hangs
 (with the spinny-circle cursor) until I use the trackpad to move the
 cursor off of the box surrounding that link, at which point the linked
 page immediately starts loading, the location bar at the top starts
 updating, etc.  This happens less than half the time and I can't
 deterministically repro it.
