 I'm confused -- the point of this bug is to stop the 8388 from drawing
 power while we are in sleep mode.  If we could tolerate the 8388 drawing
 power while we are asleep, there wouldn't be a bug here.  Will the "normal
 USB peripheral sleep process" stop the 8388 from drawing power?

 If it won't, what should we do for Update.1?
