 We have three different issues here: two possible AP compatibility issued
 and a wep related issue.

 In all three cases we need to confirm firmware(build) version on the XO.

 1) We need to confirm router version. Linksys WMP54GV4 is a PCI card. Is
 this a PC based router?

 2) The exact AP version would be very useful so we can repeat the test.
 Which is the model of this Belkin router?

 3) As WEP behaves very differently on different models of APs, we need the
 AP's model. We know, for instance that the steps to connect to a WEP
 enabled Apple Airport Express is different than those for connecting to a
 WEP enabled Linksys WRT54G, for example.
