 olpc-netstatus & olpc-netlog
 are part of olpc-utils.

 They have no dependencies, except that olpc-netlog uses olpc-netstatus.

 They also do not affect any other process. They simply gather/dislpay/save
 information

 They will be tested by me(yani), and any tester uploading logs.
