 two issues here;

 that video is 1920x1080... it might be wiser to consider a lower
 resolution more suitable to the xo. something like 1080x608

 afaik, libtheora-alpha8 doesn't have the mmx optimizations that landed in
 beta-2, you seriously want to switch to the latter to have a 20-30 percent
 speed improvement
