 The Terminal application is not AltGr-aware.  While I wouldn't miss the
 ability to put accents on characters at the terminal, characters such as
 the Euro sign, O-with-slash, and so on are sometimes actually useful
 character-as-characters to type at a terminal.

 This isn't terribly high-priority, though.
