 Looks like 657 was added, but now 658 is not upgradeable via olpc-update.

 Being able to upgrade to newer update.1 builds with olpc-update would
 increase the rate at which new builds can be tested.

 The release process is already cumbersome enough. Having to wait more for
 new builds to be made and then having to download full builds and then
 flash, only makes it worst.
