 the new versions of olpc-netlog,olpc-netstatus gather all necessary logs
 regaring activities, kernel and network files and command output.
 The logs are stored in a single timestamped tarball.

 It is a very useful tool for every tester, or anyone reporting on a bug.

 Please approve it for Update 1.
