 On JR1417, the following steps cause the camera to not come on in Record.
 The logs indicate something involving XV.  This same sequence of events
 does not cause this problem in Trial-3.  What's changed?  What should we
 do differently?

 launch record [1]
 wait until camera displays
 goto home
 launch record [2]
 wait until camera displays
 goto home
 resume first record [1]
 note that the camera lights go off, but do not come back on and no video
 feed appears.

 quit [1] from the activity menu
 returning to home view
 quit [2] from the donut
