Comment:

 This issue is very common in 1cc within the past week.

 It is related to:
 1. not seeing the AP in the mesh view, so you cannot connect to it
 2. not seeing the AP, while you are already properly connected
 3. clicking the AP will make it disappear
 4. clicking the AP will make it jump to a different location
 5. AP disappearing/jumping without an user intervention

 In all cases, iwlist scan shows the essid, and you can connect with
 iwconfig

 It is also related to specific points in time, and most XOs' mesh views
 have similar characteristics.

 It was suggested that it occurs because the medialab AP stops transmitting
 beacons.
 Indeed, in some cases rebooting the AP seems to solve the bug.
 But, tonight when it happened again, the AP was recorded to transmit
 beacons normally.
 iwlist doesnt just receive beacons as well?
