 In the 5.110.21.p21 firmware the channel in the MESH_CONFIG seems to be
 superfluous -- it doesn't let me change the channel; it only returns error
 if I try to use a channel other than the current channel.

 However, setting the mesh to a given channel _does_ seem to prevent me
 from changing the channel the old way.
