HOSTSLEEP_CONFIG, the wireless command used to configure (host) suspend
should validate the wake up conditions and return an error when invalid.

HOSTSLEEP_ACTIVE should return an error when the device is not properly
 configured for host sleep.

 Test case:

 1. configure HOSTSLEEP_CONFIG with wakeup condition 0xffffffff
 2. suspend/resume

Currently wireless module does not come back because the resume sequence
 fails.
