 As a result of this you can for example not access olpc signed web sites.
 Other things will show up.

 For example some files are not only modified but created during usage like
 the pluginreg.dat (Registration of plugin mimetypes), which leads us to
 why 1 and 2c are not working since you do not know which files are created
 and when. I think handling the permissions right in mozilla is a sane way.

 We should discuss this with mozilla devs though before patching mozilla.
