 We have a control/settings/preference panel in the roadmap. This is
 certainly just another candidate to be included there.  This settings
 screen will be accessible via the Home XO menu, but it doesn't make sense
 to place individual tasks such as this directly within it.  Until we have
 a graphical control panel, this should be CL just like the rest.
