Comment(by mstone):

 Sugar's activityfactory.py creates an environment dictionary that Rainbow
 eventually uses to start up the activity instance. For the time being,
 sugar should simply modify LD_LIBRARY_PATH in that dictionary just like it
 already modifies PATH.
