 As also mentioned on IRC - there is nothing to split out, this patch is a
 single solution for the video problem.  As there was some confusion about
 the description, I have updated it:

 This patch moves each of the video component restore sequences to their
 own function, re-arranges some of the register writes for a more stable
 resume, and adds save and restore functions for two register/data sets
 that we were omitting before - vertical and horizontal filter coefficients
 in the DC, and filter coefficients in the VP.

 Bumping to update.1 and marking as a blocker as per #5466
