 0x2b is CMD_802_11_AD_HOC_START, and 0x802b is (normally) a response to
 it.

 At time 15661.28 we send such a command and receive a response. This seems
 normal enough.

 Some time later, after sending a scan command (0x06) at time 15753.03, we
 receive what seems to be _another_ 0x802b response, which is odd. It goes
 downhill from there, starting to return errors to many commands -- and
 offering unsolicited responses when there is no command outstanding.
