#5420: CPU information shows 331 MHz in six XO mechines

 Last week, our factory had found six pieces XO mechine which the CPU
 information shown that 331.xxx MHz since updated BIOS at download station.
 I got the 4 pieces of them ，did some test on these mechines,and the steps
 are as follows:
 1. In OFW:
 ok .cpu-data
 CPU Speed: 433 MHz
 2. Change Image, the step is : 649-> 623-> 649 ,and then got the cpu
 information in Linux command mode:
 -bash-3.2# cat /proc/cpuinfo
 ...
 cpu MHz  :  xxx.xxx
 ...
 The 4 XO's cpu MHz data are as follows:

      649        623        649
 1    '''331'''MHz     430MHz     430MHz
 2    '''331'''MHz     '''331'''MHz     430MHz
 3    430MHz     430MHz     430MHz
 4    '''331'''MHz     '''331'''MHz     430MHz
 The data 331MHz is the wrong information, and after twice changes,it shown
 correct.I will add an attachment to explain this issue.
