 Eben, this icon is actually setup by sugar.activity.EditToolbar, so the
 standard code. Should all copy/paste undo/redo icons behave in the same
 way (and be colored), or is this one different because Read only has 1
 relevant icon there?

 Note that edit-paste does not have entities to support coloring and the
 default colors might be a bit ugly (green/blue, see Write). undo/redo also
 don't seem to have entities.
