Comment:

 Richard is ordering the additional plug-in unit for the voltmeter ---
 while protesting that the battery accumulated charge register [ACR] is a
 better measure of total power consumed.

 I believe that an ECO'd C1 machine is probably the best candidate for this
 ?  We can change the board ID resistors to indicate C2, so OHM will try
 its best.

 We will try to get this in place on Dec. 17-18.
