 Distance v9 is effectively "newer" than v10.

 Distance v10 works.  It has a very rare deadlock that requires the user to
 restart the activity.  This deadlock is due to the overcomplex socket-
 over-dbus-over-tubes implementation.

 The deadlock is fixed in Distance v9.  However, Distance v9 requires fix-
 streamtubes.patch from #5204.  After that patch is applied to Telepathy,
 Distance v9 is preferable.  Until it is applied, Distance v10 is
 preferable.
