 Fixed in telepathy-salut 0.2.0. A rpm should be ready for joyride soonish

 A small error caused salut to never recognize that a Session packet of a
 remote node was up to date. Causing it to not postpone sending out a
 session packet.. Which means instead of one node sending a session packet
 every few seconds, all nodes would send out a session packet every few
 seconds. Patch attached
