 I see this in Joyride 1377, but can't remember which one started behaving
 like this. The page comes up white blank, with the title "about: blank" in
 the address bar. If you select the address bar, it then shows the
 "file://..." url I mentioned above. That file's content is:

 <meta http-equiv="refresh"
 contents="0;url="/home/olpc/.library_pages/search/bundle_index.html" />

 The mentioned bundle_index.html exists and has content in my system.
