 Oops.  I have my version and pushed (for Greek).  That version extracts
 the portion of code points for a language so the image size is about 200k
 bigger for each .ttf in DejaVu.

 It still uses the TTCFontSet, but since the April refactoring, we can
 merge it into TTCFont easier.
