 I'm unsure about this change, actually.  I think the decision to set both
 stroke and fill vs. either individually should be easy to make based on
 the circumstances.  Many of these icons do not have a stroke at all, and
 so specifiying a stroke color will add one, inadvertently changing its
 size.  If a generic method is provided accepting arguments for the svg,
 stroke color, and fill color, then we should support passing null for
 either color to support transparency.
