 I think it's best to rename the browse instance only once for now.
 Eventually, I think, you'll be able to see the current webpage a Browse is
 viewing from its icon secondary palette in the Home view. This will make
 it clear to kids/users that the Activity Title is really something for
 them to name as they see fit, and still have the usefulness of being sure
 which webpage each browse instance is showing. Still, what happens if they
 _choose_ not to want to rename Browse instances? They'll get terribly
 misleading names for them...
