Comment(by bemasc):

 Added version 9.  This version changes the display name to Distance, adds
 a shortcut key, fixes a serious memory leak, and switches to the Stream
 Tubes infrastructure.  Unfortunately, until #5204 is fixed, v9 _does not
 work over Salut_.  #5204 is currently listed as an Update.1 blocker.
