 When a media file is opened in etoys it replaces the original journal
 entry with a modified version with a different mimetype.  The modified
 entry can only be opened by etoys

 steps to reproduce:
 1) add a media file such as an mp3 to journal
 2) resume media file with etoys
 3) close etoys
 4) journal entry for mp3 is changed to "etoys project" and is now only
 resumable by etoys
