 SketchMorph's generateRotatedForm method and WarpBlt
 rotate:degrees:center:scaleBy:smoothing: used from there round up the
 bounds of the resulting form when it calculates it.

 This prevents the user to set width (for example) of a Sketch object
 sometimes.
