#5336: Libertas WLAN doesn't start at boot
-------------------------------------------+--------------------------------
 Reporter: wad | Owner: jg
     Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: blocker | Milestone: Never Assigned
Component: distro | Version:
Keywords: WLAN, libertas, school server | Verified: 0
-------------------------------------------+--------------------------------
When using an Active Antenna on a school server, and the latest libertas
driver (built by dwmw2 for the 2.6.23.1-21.fc7 kernel), the active antenna
is never succesfully initialized on power-up.

To avoid problems with already loaded firmware (#5308, #5247), the servers
were being powered down and powered back up, not rebooted.

This has been verified on multiple motherboards (Via, MSI). The driver
finds and initializes the antenna OK when the antenna is unplugged and
 plugged back in.

Possibly a duplicate of #4632, but using a much newer driver.

#5203 reports similar symptoms on a laptop, but only occasionally (not
consistently like #4632 and this case).

 The relevant dmesg output is:

At the end of this dmesg log, you can see the messages generated when I
unplugged the active antenna and plugged it back in. The driver does find
 and initialize the device.
