#5208: Sugar puts an extra circle in the donut for SimCity

Comment(by marco):
To get Simcity running "natively" in the Shell you would need to:
* Drop simcityactivity.py.
* Move the Simcity executable inside bin/
* Make sure the Simcity executable "handles" the command line options
described on the wiki page (you can just ignore them until you start
integrating with the journal and the mesh).
* Instead of specifying the python class in activity.info, add something
like "exec = SimCity"
The activity should be running fine at this point but Sugar will not be
able to properly identify it. The main visible consequence is that you
will get a grey circle icon instead of the activity icon included in the
bundle. (I want to add _WM_ICON support but it would only solve part of
the problem anyway, icons in the donut are colored depending on the color
of the XO which started them).
To get the right icon you will need to set the _SUGAR_BUNDLE_ID property
(see wiki).
