 Currently the gmail activity loads up http://mail.google.com. With this
 enhansment, its operation would be thus:
 Check if user has a google apps domain specified
     If Yes, load http://mail.google.com/a/''domainname'' , where
 domainname is the domain specified
     If No, load http://mail.google.com .
