 Patch to use the svg data. It's passed around through DBus by the
 activityregistry service; I don't know how this affects performance. Is
 this the way I should modify the cache thing?
 It's backwards compatible: the get_icon() function is kept and the
 get_icon_data() function is added. Works with ActivityButton in the
 ActivitiesTray, but more patches to the journal might be necessary.
