 I downloaded XoIRC from dev.laptop.org/projects/XoIRC , and placed it in
 /home/olpc/Activities/ . After restarting sugar, it showed its icon on the
 bottom of the Frame. When launching it, it blinks on the activities donut,
 but never starts and eventually disappears.
