Comment:

 I'd like to reassign this to update.1, since I don't think we have any
 other "turn off the blinking mesh LEDs" bugs open.  The infrastructure's
 there in the kernel and firmware now, as I understand it.

 Related to this is turning off or slowing down mesh beacons.
