 For major announcements [G1G1, large events, &c] which come in their own
 package, and not as a paragraph summary in weekly news, we might want an
 announcements list.  [everyone @ olpc should subscribe to this as well;
 whereas some people don't subscribe to weekly-news because they get two
 copies].

 We might also merge devel-boards and devel-machines into hardware-announce
 (which was never set up)
