 We need to pick a GUI testing infrastructure for our builds, and tie it
 into the release process.  It should be as easy as possible for developers
 to write GUI tests for their activities.  First step is to choose an
 appropriate test infrastructure.  If this infrastructure requires
 accessibility or other work to be effective, we should prioritize
 performing this work.

 mstone, can you attach a list of GUI infrastructure candidates to this bug
 for discussion purposes?
