 Note that, although in general we should include the test suites for the
 build inside the build itself to allow child developers access to the same
 testing resources as we have, this particular test suite will almost
 inevitably contain objectionable content.  There are ways we could work
 around this using hashes, but they would slow down the search, lead to
 false positives, etc.  This test suite probably argues for having at least
 one package of 'extra tests' which are installed in the build
 before/during whole-build-testing.
