Hm, that definitely wasn't my understanding -- I thought what happened was
the EC ended up waiting for the kernel to collect the SCI information,
while the kernel was waiting for the EC to turn it off, and they
deadlocked. Richard?
If we want a rule that the system may not be woken within 5ms of going
down, I would have thought the best way to implement that is in the EC.
That's the only safe way to do it anyway.
Regarding the EC-timer... does the Geode not keep one of its own timers
powered in the suspend domain? Timers which are slow to set up are usually
a PITA. Although I suppose we could make the wakeup time just an extra
argument to the suspend command...
