Comment:

 I thought the race was in the EC code, and it never took MAIN_ON down at
 all.

 What race condition exists with other SCI sources? Is it just that we'll
 miss the wakeup?
 Are these interrupts not level-triggered, and won't they wake us as soon
 as we've gone to sleep, even if we ignore them on the way down?

 Interrupts should never have race conditions, if done sensibly (i.e.
 level-triggered).
