 Alsamixer while opening the capture device - this might or might not be
 the right thing to do. Please suggest how to check the settings while

 There's no EC command because that signal is no long attached to the EC.
 Change 2B10 moved that signal from the EC to the CS5536 GPIO01.  You can
 read the state via the CS5536 GPIO functionality.
