 The copy to clipboard icon should always be rendered in XO colors.
 Obviously activities will be responsible for coloring various icons on
 their own when necessary, but as the copy icon is such a primary one, is
 this worth adding an API for doing automatically?

 I think we talked about having some "template" toolbars for common uses
 (eg. "Edit", "View", etc.) and some of these templates could have basic
 sets of controls that developers could simply toggle on and off as needed
 for their activity.  If we had something like that, we could just colorize
 the copy icon when requested automatically.
