 The Journal list doesn't scroll far enough to reveal the last entry.  It
 always remains partially cut off.  This problem is twofold, as it appears
 in normal use, and also to a much greater extent when the device tray
 appears.  It seems the device tray is overlaid on top of the view, instead
 of embedded within and thus shrinking the Journal view appropriately.

 As mentioned, though, this happens even when it isn't present, so the
 problem also lives with the canvas itself.
