 Proposed API:

  * send: method Activity.Invite(o: buddy, s: message) -> nothing
  * receive: signal PresenceService.ActivityInvitation(o: activity, o:
 invited_by, s: message)

 I'll attach an implementation, which requires the PS patches I added in
 #3011.

 Once the Sugar changes from #3011 have gone in, we can make activities
 private-by-default in PS too, which will allow private (invite-only)
 activities to be useful.
